Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 2 packs of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
- 600 ml milk
- 500 g whipped cream
- 2 packs of biscuits (Oreo of 175 g each)
- e.g. sweets (gummy worms)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
Freeze the cookies (you can use the cheaper ones; you can use more, it’s okay) the day before, then put them all in a blender and grind them finely. This will be the “soil.” Make the paradise cream with the milk according to the package instructions and set aside. Whip the cream until stiff peaks (also set aside), then mix the quark with the powdered sugar (use a large bowl). Add the finished vanilla cream to the quark and mix, then fold in the cream. I always do this with a whisk, as it stays fluffier. Now layer everything nicely in one (or two) sand buckets, starting with the cream and finishing with the “soil.” Decorate with wine gummy worms and use the scoop as a spoon. Or use a flowerpot and decorate with plastic or real flowers (put test tubes in the “soil” as vases). Let it sit in the refrigerator at least overnight; the longer the better.
