delicious and low carb

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F), preferably with a fan-assisted grill. Peel the garlic cloves and press them into the olive oil using a garlic press. Cut the feta cheese into 1/2 cm thick slices using a sharp knife and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with half of the garlic oil. Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the stems, and halve them. Place them cut-side up on the feta cheese, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with the remaining garlic oil. Place on the second rack from the bottom of the hot oven and bake for about 15 minutes – this varies greatly depending on the oven. Turn on the grill and grill for a few more minutes on the middle rack until the cheese is lightly browned and the tomatoes look grilled. Meanwhile, pick the basil, wash it, and finely slice it. Sprinkle it over the grilled cheese and tomatoes.
