Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- curry powder
- 6 chicken fillets
- margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 37 minutes

First, prepare the marinade. Mix together honey, soy sauce, oil, and spices. Then, cut the chicken fillets lengthwise into approximately 4 cm long strips. Thread two strips of chicken onto each of 12 skewers, accordion-style. Place the skewers on a large plate and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes. Then, pour the fat into a pan and fry the skewers for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides. Serve with fresh leaf salad, baguette, or rice.
