Zucchini salad à la Klaumix

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cut the zucchini into 5 mm thick strips and mince the garlic. Mix all ingredients together. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, longer is better. It’s perfect for a BBQ.
