Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg celeriac
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 6 tbsp cream
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and dice the celery, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Cook with the diced onion in the vegetable broth for 20 minutes. Puree the celery with the cooking liquid, cream, salt, and pepper. Garnish with browned onion rings. Goes well with pan-fried dishes.
