Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- e.g. rum, brown
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
- some cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
in rum with cinnamon and sugar
Core the apple and score the skin all around. Place the apple in an ovenproof dish and pour rum over it. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 45 minutes. Enjoy while hot!
