Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g vanilla yogurt
- 1 peach(s)
- 300 g strawberries
- 3 tsp oat flakes
- 1 banana(s)
- 350 g milk, low-fat
- Crushed ice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash or peel the fruit and remove the seeds. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Garnish to taste.
