Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), water or milk
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sugar or other sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Coconut cold soup
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add sweetener if desired. Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
