- 1 pomegranate
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 1 grapefruit(s)
- 2 tsp peppermint, dried
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

vegan and light dessert with pomegranate and grapefruit
Peel the kiwi and grapefruit, quarter them, and slice them into small pieces, then place them in a small cereal bowl. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds (by hitting them with a wooden spoon) and add them to the bowl. Add the peppermint and maple syrup and stir.
