Fig and plum jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g fig(s), blue
  • 550 g plums
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pit and dice the plums. Dice the figs and mix with the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into well-cleaned jars and let cool. It also tastes delicious warmed over fresh waffles with whipped cream.
