Vinaigrette with sweet mustard

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark or white
  • 3 tsp meat broth or vegetable broth (powder)
  • 5 tbsp mustard, sweet grainy
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Stir the meat broth powder with the hot water until smooth. Finely chop or press the garlic and add it. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. The sweet mustard means no salt, sugar, or pepper is needed. The dressing can also be prepared in a shaker and will keep in the refrigerator for about one to two weeks. It goes great with lamb’s lettuce, arugula, radicchio, and lettuce. It’s also delicious with toasted pine nuts on top. Or drizzle over lukewarm (green) asparagus or green beans.
