Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g pasta, e.g. spaghetti
  • 150 g beef, e.g. goulash
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, or 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce if desired
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some pepper
  • some sesame oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. In the meantime, slice the spring onions into rings and, if desired, cut the beef into small cubes. Just before the noodles are done, heat a little oil in a pan, add the spring onions, and fry briefly. Add the meat and fry briefly. Season both with garlic and pepper. Drain the noodles, but do not rinse them (!), and add them to the pan. Pour the soy sauce over them and mix everything well. Cook the pasta for a little longer over medium heat to allow any excess moisture to evaporate. Then transfer the noodles to a plate and serve.
