Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large zucchini
- 5 m.-large tomato(s)
- 3 medium-sized bell peppers
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 2 packs of mozzarella
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- e.g. chili flakes
- some olive oil
- 200 g cream cheese

Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Sauté the mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini in olive oil in a pan until softened. Add the tomatoes. Cut the feta cheese and mozzarella into small pieces and add them to the vegetables along with the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Simmer on low heat for another 5-10 minutes. Serve hot! Serve well with rice, penne, or spaghetti.
