Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • some pepper, white or colored

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

homemade hollandaise, very tasty and light

Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir for 4 minutes at 60°C on speed 6.
