Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small apple
- 1 small Sharon fruit
- 1 small turnip
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- some cane sugar
- 1 tbsp parsley or mint, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and finely dice the fruit, depending on the variety and preference. Peel and finely dice the turnips, and place everything in a bowl. Mix the lime juice and parsley, season with sugar, and mix everything together.
