Shaking cucumbers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg cucumber(s)
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

Peel and slice the cucumbers and chop the onion into small pieces. Combine with all other ingredients in a bowl or container and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
