Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp, heaped chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • some vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp, heaped plum jam made from dried plums
  • 1 handful of raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix everything except the raspberries. If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can also puree the mixture. Let it set overnight in the refrigerator. Decorate with the raspberries the next morning and enjoy.
