Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 100 g cream cheese, with herbs or natural
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

as a spread, for raclette, as a dip

Peel the ripe avocado and cut it into large chunks in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and mustard and blend everything. You can also do this without a blender: carefully mash the avocado flesh with a fork and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
