Quick chocolate pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml liquid (water or almond milk, for example)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, optional
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours

First, grind the oats into flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms. If you like, you can also add peanut butter to the batter. Pour the batter into a pan and cook for about 2-4 minutes per side, until the pancakes are cooked through. Optionally, top with peanut butter and agave syrup.
