Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g gyros meat
- oil
- 100 g Kritharaki (rice-shaped noodles)
- salt and pepper
- e.g. gravy (powder)
- 100g Gouda
- e.g. Tzatziki
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the kritharaki according to the package instructions and drain. Brown the meat in a little oil. Deglaze with a little water, add the rice noodles to the meat in the pot, and season with salt, pepper, and a little gravy powder. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F). Serve with tzatziki.
