Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g raspberries
- 1 banana(s)
- 500 ml oat milk (oat drink), natural
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp lemon juice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Vegan shake for two
Sort the raspberries, peel the banana, and chop it into large pieces. Combine both ingredients in a blender with the chilled oat milk, maple syrup, and lemon juice, or blend thoroughly with an immersion blender in a tall container. Chill the shake for at least 30 minutes. Then blend again briefly, pour into two attractive glasses, garnish with a slice of banana, and serve immediately.
