Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the kiwis and slice them into 5 mm thick slices with a knife. Then place them in the dehydrator and let it run for 10 hours at 57 °C. Kiwi chips are great for muesli, desserts, or as a snack.
