Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g spinach
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 3 small kiwis
  • 2 oranges

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Green smoothie with spinach, pear, kiwi and orange

Peel and core the pear, peel the kiwis, and place them in a blender along with the pear and spinach. Juice the two oranges, add the juice and, if desired, the pulp to the blender. Blend everything well, pour into a glass, and enjoy.
