Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g onion(s), finely chopped
- 250 g sausages (chicken wieners)
- 100 g red pepper(s), finely chopped
- 3 tsp margarine (40% fat)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 200 ml water
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- n. B. Salt (at least 1/2 tsp)
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Cayenne pepper

Heat the margarine in a saucepan, add the chopped onion, and sauté on low heat with the lid closed until translucent. Slice the sausages and add them along with the diced bell peppers. Close the lid and simmer for about 5 minutes longer. Stir in the flour, then gradually add the water. Bring back to a gentle boil, stirring until smooth. Only now add the cream. Stir again until smooth. Add the tomato paste and ketchup. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. The entire dish has 16 points. I divide it into three portions = 5.3 points. I eat it with 120g (dry weight) of pasta = 2 points. Total = 7.3 points.
