Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken, cut into strips
- 2 bell peppers, red, cut into fine strips
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- Worcestershire sauce
- olive oil

Brown the chicken fillet strips in olive oil. Add the bell peppers and onion and sauté for about 10 minutes. Season with balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce and reduce slightly. Season again to taste. Serve with rice or hash browns.
