  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, very tasty dish

Cut the turkey breast fillet into strips and the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the spring onions into rings, preparing the dark and white parts separately. Heat the fat in a pan and brown the meat strips until well browned. Then add the white parts of the spring onions and the bell peppers. Season everything with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle with dried oregano. Now add the ketchup, water (tip: I always use leftover ketchup bottles), and cream. Cook everything for about 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in the dark parts of the spring onions. Serve with a baguette; it’s great for soaking up the liquid.
