Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 50 g salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
  • n. B. Honey, creamy, approx. 0.5 tsp
  • e.g. Himalayan salt
  • e.g. pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with grainy cream cheese

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the Miracle Whip, sour cream, vinegar, and oil. Peel the spring onion, halve it lengthwise, and cut it into half rings. Peel the garlic and finely dice it. Add both to the bowl and mix. Season the dressing with Himalayan salt, pepper, and honey. This dressing goes well with a mixed salad of cucumber, red bell pepper, apple, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and basil.
