Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup oatmeal, fine
  • 2 tbsp almonds, grated
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp bran (wheat)
  • 1 tbsp mixed grains
  • 200 ml almond milk (almond drink) or oat milk
  • 1 peach(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the peach into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Combine the almonds, flaxseed, wheat bran, and the grain mixture in a bowl. Heat the milk. Add the oats and bring to a boil. Then turn off the heat and add the remaining ingredients, except for the peach, and continue to simmer for a while. Place the peach in a bowl and pour the warm oatmeal over it. Add a little more sugar if desired.
