Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 stalk(s) asparagus, cooked
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 4 slices of toast
- Gouda, medieval, etc.
- Remoulade
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
quick and easy
Toast the bread. Top each slice of toast with two slices of ham and spread with remoulade sauce. Top with three asparagus spears and the cheese. Bake in the oven or microwave. This recipe is perfect for using up leftover asparagus.
