Toast with ham, cucumber and tomato

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 250 g cooked ham (back ham)
  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • 320 g tomatoes
  • 250g Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toast the toast. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Wash the tomatoes and slice it thinly. Top the toast with the ham and arrange the cucumbers on top. Place a tomato on each cucumber serving and top with the Gouda cheese. Bake in a hot oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese has melted.
