Brunch – Puff Pastry Snails

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • ½ cup cream cheese (brunch) with paprika / pepper
  • 50 g lean ham, diced
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Unroll the puff pastry. Spread with the brunch mixture, sprinkle with diced ham, and 2/3 of the cheese. Roll up from the wide end and cut into approximately 1 cm wide pieces. Place cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
