Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can of green beans
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
- 1 tsp, heaped rosemary, freshly chopped
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Salad of three beans, red, white, green
Place the beans in a colander, rinse briefly, and drain well, then transfer to a bowl. Finely slice the onions into half rings and finely chop the garlic. For the dressing, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, rosemary, honey, lemon juice, and cream. Add the onions and garlic. Mix everything together in the bowl with the beans. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and let stand. Gently mix again just before serving.
