Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 600 g mango(s), ripe, peeled, pitted
- 2 tbsp lime(s), the juice
- 1 tsp lime(s), zest
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pour the yogurt into a blender. Peel, core, and dice the mangoes, and add them to the yogurt. Add the lime juice, lime zest, and sugar and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with a lime wedge on the rim. Depending on the size of the glasses, this will make two to four. You can add more powdered sugar if desired. The smoothie tastes best when the mangoes are chilled.
