Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, fresh
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g curd cheese, 20%
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine Vanilla (250 ml)
  • 75 ml egg liqueur (more, less, or no egg liqueur to taste)
  • n. B. Sweetener, liquid
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

low-fat dessert

Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries and place them in a tall container, reserving 3-4 strawberries for decoration if desired. Add the vanilla sugar and, if desired, a little liquid sweetener to the strawberries. Puree with a hand blender and set aside. Place the Cremefine Vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Stir in the quark, milk, and egg liqueur until creamy. Season to taste with liquid sweetener, if desired. If not using egg liqueur, simply add a little more milk. Layer the dessert in glasses or glass bowls. First pour in some of the cream, then the strawberry puree, and so on until it’s all used up. Decorate with strawberries and refrigerate for about an hour, ideally.
