Broccoli salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g broccoli
  • 15 cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Divide the broccoli into florets, cook in salted water for 5 minutes, and drain. For the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, and the crushed garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the broccoli with the dressing. Halve the cashews with a sharp knife and chop the parsley. Toss both into the salad.
