Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 n. B. salt and pepper
  • 200 ml vinegar (lemon)
  • 4 dashes sweetener
  • 6 dashes of Maggi
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • e.g. herbs (salad)

Inherited from mom and still a hit! Simply delicious!

Mix the sour cream with lemon vinegar, then add all the other ingredients. I always use olive oil, my mom uses rapeseed oil. The quantities are only a rough guideline. Everyone should vary according to their taste. For example, I’ve never used exactly 200 ml of lemon vinegar. You can also adjust the sweetener, Maggi, and oil as needed to achieve the consistency that best suits your personal taste. Lemon vinegar is a must, as it gives the dressing its special flavor.
