Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the salmon. Separate the eggs. Finely dice the egg whites. Mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise and pepper. Stir in the egg whites, salmon, and dill. The salmon spread tastes great on brown or brown bread.
