Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg grapes, seedless
- 250 g biscuits (amaretti)
- 250 ml white wine or apple or grape juice
- 500 g mascarpone
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 125 g sugar
- 1 lemon(s), the grated peel and the juice
- 750 ml cream, stiffly whipped
- possibly cocoa powder for dusting

Mix together the mascarpone, natural yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, and grated lemon zest. Carefully fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Place 1/4 of the grapes in a large bowl. Arrange 1/4 of the amaretti biscuits on top, drizzle with white wine or juice of your choice, and top with some of the mascarpone cream. Continue layering the remaining ingredients until they are all used up, reserving a few amaretti biscuits for garnishing. Finish with the mascarpone cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, sift some cocoa powder over the top and garnish with the reserved amaretti biscuits.
