Cauliflower pan with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 375 ml broth (vegetable broth, instant)
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat. Dice the onions, crush the garlic cloves, and add both to the minced meat. Wash the cauliflower, cut it into small florets, and add it as well. Immediately pour in the broth and tomato ketchup, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then season to taste with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and Chinese spices. Delicious with mashed potatoes or rice.
