Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml milk
- 5 ml whipped cream
- 20 g nougat (nut nougat)
- clove(s)
- Sugar
- vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat milk, heavy cream, and a few cloves together and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Stir in the hazelnut nougat. Sweeten with vanilla and sugar. Pour into mugs through a fine sieve. The drinking glasses can easily be decorated with a frosted rim: moisten the rim and dip it in sugar or coconut flakes.
