Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g cane sugar
- 3 tbsp soy flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 7 tbsp water, warm
- 1 pinch of salt
- 20 baking wafers
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine sugar, hazelnuts, and salt. Mix soy flour with water and oil until thickened. Combine everything and mix thoroughly. Spread the wafers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly over the wafers with a teaspoon. Bake at 170°C for about 15-20 minutes.
