Yeast dough rises overnight in the refrigerator

Make a yeast dough using the listed ingredients. Cover the mixing bowl tightly and let it rise in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, dust the dough generously with flour. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Scoop out palm-sized pieces of dough and place them exactly as you like on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes and then enjoy for breakfast. These “Bürlis” are also great with soup, as an appetizer, or at a barbecue.
