Pepper – tuna – salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 can tuna, marinated in oil
  • 3 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • possibly water if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and dice the onion, and place it in a bowl. Add the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Add a little more water if needed. Clean the bell peppers, quarter them, and thinly slice them. Add them to the salad dressing. Drain the tuna and mix it with the bell pepper slices. Let it stand for about 10 minutes before serving. It’s very refreshing and delicious.
