- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp, heaped cocoa powder, unsweetened
- Sweetener, liquid

Low carbohydrate, Atkins, Logi, Glyx, Low Carb suitable
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gradually add the cocoa powder (amount to your liking) and sweetener while stirring. All this makes a generous serving. While it’s not comparable to real chocolate mousse, it’s a great substitute due to its low calorie content.
