Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (15%)
- 1 cup water
- 3 dashes sweetener, liquid or more
- 2 tbsp natural cocoa powder
- 4 sprigs of mint (strawberry mint or other)
- ½ tsp chili, crushed

Whisk the low-fat quark with the water until smooth, then continue whisking the cocoa powder with the liquid sweetener. I used a hand blender. Pluck the leaves from the mint stalks and chop very finely. Stir in the chili powder and mix well. Finally, give everything a final, vigorous whisk with the hand blender. Now let the dessert rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour and then enjoy (it feels like 0 calories).
