- 125 g cucumber(s)
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- some salt and pepper

Low-calorie and refreshing cucumber drink – not just for hot days
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and blend them with the buttermilk in a blender until smooth. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can peel and deseed the cucumber first. This refreshing drink makes a great snack and is ideal for a quick snack between meals.
