Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat yogurt
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 1 tsp oatmeal
  • 1 tsp nuts, chopped
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • possibly sugar or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with yogurt

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Chop the strawberries, peel the kiwis, and chop them as well. Add the strawberries and kiwis to the yogurt. Stir in the raisins, oats, and chopped nuts. Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice. If the mixture isn’t sweet enough for you, you can sweeten it with sugar or honey.
