Halve and pit the morello cherries, setting aside 4 for garnish. Simmer the morello cherries in a small saucepan with approximately 150 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener for about 3-4 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with the water, add, and allow to thicken. Remove the morello cherries from the heat and let cool. Stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming and to cool them more quickly. Meanwhile, mix the quark with the milk, vanilla extract, and the remaining powdered sweetener until smooth. For the chocolate sauce, mix the cornstarch with the water. Dissolve the chocolate with the cocoa powder, syrup, and the mixed cornstarch in a small saucepan, stirring constantly. Layer the morello cherries with the chocolate sauce and quark cream in glasses. Garnish the desserts with a morello cherries. WW – 3 P. per serving
