Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of frozen raspberries
  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 150 g natural yogurt, up to 0.5% fat
  • sweetener
  • 60 g biscuit(s), crumbled amarettini

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

suitable for ww, 2 people and 2.5 per person.

Thaw the raspberries. Mix the quark with the yogurt and sweetener. Divide the raspberries among 4 glasses, top with the quark, and sprinkle with the crushed amaretti biscuits. Suitable for WW: 2 portions per serving and 2.5 portions per serving.
