  • 5 eggs
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 2 slices of Gouda
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Halve the onion, cut into strips, and lightly sauté in a large pan with a little olive oil. Meanwhile, cut the ham into small pieces and thinly slice the tomato. Whisk the eggs with the herbs and spices. Tear the cheese into large pieces. Add the sliced ​​ham to the onions in the pan, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer briefly. Mix the beaten egg mixture with the onions and ham in the pan. Distribute the Gouda pieces and tomato slices evenly over the mixture. Continue simmering until the cheese melts. Once cooked, divide the dish in half and serve with a crisp salad.
